I think it’s along the lines of stressed moms everywhere: “Don’t make me call [insert appropriate hated and/or feared person, group, or monster] to make you behave!”
Um… I think the parent threatens to strike them if they don’t stop (bit them!) but since he or she is a poisonous snake then he or she will have to call the poison-control center afterwards.
Either “mom” is afraid their rough-housing will lead to someone being bitten…
Or since they are poisonous snakes, who better to bring them ‘under control’ than the poison control center?

Yeah definitely out of control poisonous critters. Looks more like they’re fighting than they’re doing anything romantic.
