  1. What’s the title of this strip? I’m interested to read a few more…

  2. Watch Your Head is online at http://www.comics.com/wash/watch/ and there’s an article about the strip at http://www.newsobserver.com/105/story/514061.html

  3. Each gets up to go get a snack. The cat’s larder is a little weirder. And hey, the banana’s yellow rather than black, so it’s not like the guy never restocks anything.

  4. I’d like to know how that skeleton stays together without tendons, ligaments, or being wired together.

Also how a cat is supposed to eat a bone.

  5. Maybe the cat is saying “this is what happened to my last owner after he went to the kitchen to get himself a snack and didn’t open a can of cat food while he was there.”

  6. You may be on to something there, Mark. Also, I think in general cats are seen as much more cold and less sentimental toward humans than dogs, they’re just “evil,” according to cat-haters. It seems Craig Ferguson on the Late, Late Show has been harping on how, if you die and no one finds you, you’re cat will eat you. Dogs will too, you know, they just wait a little longer because cats prefer their food fresher. Anyway, I think cats are great, but others find them scary, evil, and untrustworthy. I think that’s what the strip is getting at.

  7. It’s true – cats are just waiting around for you to die so they can eat you. (If you weren’t so big, they wouldn’t wait.)

  8. Actually, I think it’s that the man is getting back to his evolutionary roots by eating a banana as an ape would, so the cat feels the need to go back to his saber-toothed tiger roots and eat a person.
