Regarding the pants, I agree that this is terrible for the Korean family, and that the suing judge is either horrible or crazy. But who are you suggesting should subject to an ethics hearing, and on what grounds? I don’t think bringing a frivolous lawsuit is misconduct.

Autumn, I feel that if you’re part of the judicial system, you have an obligation not to abuse that system — AND I believe he used his position as a judge to keep the case from being thrown out.
There’s enough here for the Bar to at least consider whether misconduct took place.
