Bad Moon Rising

Filed under: Bill Bickel, CIDU, comic strips, comics, F-Minus, humor, mooning — Cidu Bill @ 12:02 am

So… Who did he think he was mooning?

  1. Oh. He was mooning something? I just thought he was running around in the nude because noboby was watching.

Suggestion #2: The cameras are hidden/camouflaged like art or something, as they often are nowadays. But, uh, that brings us back to what I initially thought he was doing.

  2. Hang on. Isn’t he a security guard himself? In that case, shouldn’t he be, uh, watching the camera footage? Or at least know they’re there?

  3. Answers the old question “who watches the watchers?” and the corollary “what were they doing?”

  5. Somehow it doesn’t seem that people know what irony (the occurence of what is not expected) in the creation of humor. The joke is funny because some security guard who SHOULD know where the cameras are and what they see was mooning something, doesn’t matter what. It’s funny to moon cameras knowing that somebody you know will catch an unsuspecting glimpse of your ass, but in this case there’s no motive for the mooning. Humor is far too difficult to explain sometimes…
