  1. Is this a parody on the movie Memento? The storyline seems backwards. Maybe the artist sneezed and the strips got put back together backwards.

Oh, wait, are they just various unrelated scenes from the party? That makes sense too, I guess.

  6. Where’s the “EWW” tag while we’re at it?

  7. Medium Large is the weirder, darker web comic that the writer (not artist) for Sally Forth does.

That link isn’t particularly representative of the strip; it often featured three or four different variations on a theme, like this SF.

  8. This should have an LOL tag.

  9. The Santa hat is black because the comic was originally drawn to be reproduced in black-and-white, so red was shown as black.

It was then coloured by someone other than the artist and distributed. (This is common, and the artists are often overseas and don’t follow the strip, as they colour a hundred comics a day or more.)

Unfortunately, that makes the hat seem as if it was meant to be black, not red (but shown as black in a black-and-white comic). If that makes sense.

  10. I haven’t seen a Sally Forth strip in years. My mental image of her has her svelt a la Mary Tyler Moore.
I assumed your comment was refering to her size. She appears to developed a midle age spread as
most of us have – MTM be one of the few exceptions.
